Elizabeth Kuczera established EDI in 1995. As a seasoned commercial food service specialist,
Beth brought considerable expertise to her new firm. Her education at Michigan State University
was followed by positions at an industry manufacturer, a manufacturer's representative firm
and as the establishing manager of a branch office for a midwestern dealership.
